The Consumer Direct central database service

The Consumer Direct central database collects and consolidates case data collected by all live regional contact centres. The information contained within this central or national database can then be accessed using the reports provided from within the web site.
The service is available to registered members of partner organisations who have appointed a business administrator and agreed to follow and abide by the Consumer Direct terms and conditions.
Requesting a user account
If you would like to use the service and you are a member of a partner organisation, you should contact your business administrator who will require the following details:
